Mr. Chandrashekhar Mishra (Chairperson)

With over 30 years of experience in child rights and social development, Mr. Mishra has been a guiding force for Bal Kalyan Sangh. He provides strategic direction and leadership to strengthen the organization’s mission of child protection.

Mr. Avijit Ghosh (Vice President)

Mr. Ghosh brings extensive experience in community development and organizational governance. As Vice President, he supports program innovation and partnerships to expand BKS’s impact.

Mr. Sanjay Kumar Mishra (CEO & Secretary)

Founder of Bal Kalyan Sangh, Mr. Mishra has led the organization for over three decades. A committed child rights activist, he has spearheaded initiatives against child labour, trafficking, and unsafe migration, building sustainable models of child protection in Jharkhand.

Mr. Pramod Kumar Verma (Treasurer)

Mr. Pramod Kumar Verma, Treasurer of Bal Kalyan Sangh, brings extensive experience in financial management, organizational governance, and strategic planning. With a strong commitment to transparency and accountability, he ensures effective utilization of resources while supporting program sustainability and long-term impact.

Ms. Shilly Menon (Member)

Ms. Shilly Menon is a Human Resources professional in the development sector, specialising in strategic HR within NGOs. Her work includes organisational development, talent management, HR compliance, people analytics, well-being, and leadership development. She brings expertise in gender and child protection and is committed to building inclusive and resilient organisations.

Ms. Basanti Kacchaap (Member)

A grassroots leader, Ms. Kacchaap represents the voices of tribal communities. She works to ensure inclusion, cultural preservation, and empowerment of marginalized children and families.

Ms. Buddmani Oraon (Member)

Ms. Oraon is deeply engaged in community mobilization and advocacy. She works to strengthen village-level child protection mechanisms and promote education and rights of children in vulnerable areas.
